We are a leading UK based charity, providing bespoke person centred social and health care solutions. After a bad experience with a previous supplier, uComms was awarded a contract after recommending a highly resilient solution using a cloud-based portal whilst keeping costs down.
All staff devices are now monitored daily, not only can they see live usage but also set caps and alerts to manage overspend from calls to data. Because the portal is dynamic, uComms have implemented different levels of alerts and caps dependant on positions within the business. The 24/7 support line means that even on Christmas day our team have been available and ready to help manage problems and issues as they arise from lost phones to adding bolt ons or removing caps.
